Cubex asked DCTR to create a masterbrand and full suite of marketing assets to support the investment launch of Temple Reach, a 22-storey student living scheme within Bristol’s Temple Quarter - one of the city’s most ambitious regeneration projects.

The project included brand strategy, CGI visuals, animation, brochure design, website, photography and film. Together, they formed a joined-up campaign designed to showcase the opportunity to investors and bring confidence and character to this evolving part of the city.

The challenge

As one of Bristol’s tallest and most striking new buildings, Temple Reach needed more than just a set of sales tools. It needed a brand that could help define place; positioning the development as a catalyst for the wider regeneration of Temple Quarter. The identity had to strike a balance: professional and investment-ready, yet full of energy, optimism and local character. Something that would stand out in the student accommodation market while feeling credible to institutional investors.

The idea

We created a bold, contemporary brand that reflected Bristol’s creative spirit and the project’s sustainability credentials. Confident typography, a distinctive colour palette and dynamic CGI brought scale and vibrancy to the proposition. Every element, from the brochure and website, to the film and animation, was designed to tell a joined-up story of ambition, growth and opportunity in a thriving new destination.
