Acorn approached DCTR to develop a brand and further assets for their latest coastal collection - a secluded scheme of beautifully designed homes set within a protected valley on the edge of the sea.

The ambition was clear: celebrate Lee Bay’s story without overstating it. The brand needed to honour the landscape, reflect the development’s sustainability and craftsmanship, and speak to buyers seeking authenticity over extravagance.
