A decade of success deserved more than just a refresh. For Keyzapp’s 10th anniversary, we delivered a complete brand transformation that reflected their evolution from startup to industry leader.
Keyzapp had grown from a small proptech startup into a trusted name used by agents and property managers across the UK and beyond. But their brand hadn’t kept pace. It needed a modern identity that could reflect their credibility and scale, while staying true to the warmth and friendliness that made them stand out.

The idea
We built a brand world centred around approachability, clarity and character - designed to make people feel at ease with their keys. The creative was inspired by a modern take on the zen pebble ripple, a symbol of calm that also nods to Keyzapp’s tech and zapping iconography. More than forty custom CGI characters and 3D assets turned complex software into something simple, engaging and memorable. Bright, confident colours and playful language helped the brand stand apart in an often serious and functional category.
