Acorn Property Group are specialists in regeneration, known for reimagining existing buildings with care, intelligence and long-term purpose.

At Canynge Place, they set out to transform a dated 1960s building in the heart of Clifton Village into contemporary apartments that respect both the structure’s past and its place within one of Bristol’s most historic neighbourhoods.
Following appointment, our role was to build belief in that transformation. The challenge was not to disguise the building’s origins, but to refine them, creating a brand that acknowledges the architectural language of the existing structure while confidently signalling a new chapter. One defined by modern elegance, restraint and clarity.

We designed the brand identity, brochure and floor plans to reflect this philosophy. Clean geometry, confident typography and a muted, architectural palette were used to echo the language of the building itself.

While the CGI imagery was provided to us, our focus was on ensuring every branded touchpoint worked quietly and cohesively around it, bringing consistency, calm and considered detail across print and layout.
